Beans & Cheese Nachos

Beans & Cheese Nachos is a perfect appetizer/finger food for a game night or a menu meal planning for a Mexican meal.

Ingredients for Beans & Cheese Nachos:

Canned Red Beans – 1 Can (250 grams)
Frozen Corn – ½ Cup
Cheddar Cheese – 1 Cup shredded
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Garlic Powder – ¼ Tsp
Paprika – ¼ Tsp
Salt – ¼ Tsp
Nacho chips – 2 cups
Cheddar Cheese – 1 Cup shredded
Tomato – 1/2 chopped
Spring Onions – to garnish

Method:

1. Drain one can red kidney beans and add it to the mixing bowl.
2. Add frozen corn, salt, cumin powder, garlic powder, paprika & shredded cheese. Mix well & keep aside.
3. Put some nacho chips on a baking tray.
4. Spread beans & cheese filling on the nachos.
5. Put some chopped tomatoes & shredded cheese
6. Bake in pre-heated oven at 175°C or 350°F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
7. Remove it from oven and garnish with spring onions.
8. Serve warm!
