Nutella Stuffed Pancakes

Learn how to make yummy Pancakes with a twist of Nutella in a few minutes with this simple recipe.

Ingredients for Nutella-stuffed Pancakes:

All-purpose Flour – 1 Cup
White Sugar – 2 Tbsp
Baking Powder – 1 Tbsp
Salt – ½ Tsp
Melted Butter – 2 Tbsp
Warm Milk – 1 Cup
Vanilla Extract – ½ Tsp
Egg – 1
Nutella
Maple syrup
Rasberries
Banana

Method:

1. Mix all-purpose flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
2. Now add warm milk, melted butter, vanilla extract and an egg. Whisk well to remove any lumps. Set aside.
3. Heat a pan & brush some butter on it.
4. Spoon some prepared Pancake batter on the hot pan.
5. Now spoon some Nutella in the center of the pancake.
TIP 1: Microwave the Nutella for 15 seconds, it will become soft and easier to work with.
TIP 2: Making swirls of Nutella on the Pancake batter makes it easier to spread around.
6. Top with some more Pancake batter to cover Nutella.
7. Cook until you see tiny bubbles forming (approx. 2 minutes) and then flip over carefully.
8. Cook for 2 more minutes after flipping.
9. Assemble all the pancakes on a plate.
10. Top with sliced banana & raspberries or any choice of fruit.
11. Top with some whipped cream and drizzle some maple syrup.
12. Dig in!
