Chicken Salad Sandwich

A simple Chicken Salad Sandwich recipe for everyone! Sometimes, a quick and easy to make recipe idea is all you need on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Many folks have a hard time understanding how easy it is to make a quick meal like this sandwich. All it takes is a little bit of Mayo, boiled chicken breast, cheese, pepper, salt, green onions and bread. The smell of the sandwich will definitely bring the salivating mouths to the kitchen. Ingredients for Chicken Salad Sandwich:

Green Pepper – 1 finely chopped
Green Onion – 3 stalks finely chopped
Lemon – ½
Mayonnaise – 1 Cup
Black Pepper – 1 Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Chicken Breasts – 2

Method:

  1. Boil 2 chicken breasts on medium heat for 12 minutes or until tender.
  2. Shred chicken once it’s cooled down.
  3. In a bowl, add shredded chicken, finely chopped green pepper, finely chopped green onion, 1 Tsp salt, 1 Tsp black pepper, ½ lemon juice and 1 Cup Mayonnaise. Mix well.
  4. Butter up some bread. Spread the chicken mixture, add a fried egg (optional), place another bread on top and grill until crispy.
  5. Serve hot with some potato chips.
