Chicken Kheema Kebabs

The world’s best recipe to make chicken kheema kebabs. Totally keto friendly as well. You can either shallow fry or grill them this summer with the barbecue fired up!

Ingredients for Chicken Kheema Kebabs:

Chicken Mince – 800 grams
Ginger garlic Paste – 1 ½ Tbsp
Coriander seeds – 2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds – 2 Tbsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
Salt – ½ Tbsp
Onion – 1 chopped
Green chilli – 1 chopped
Lemon – ½ juice
Mint – 5-6 chopped
Cilantro – a handful chopped
Oil – 2 Tbsp

Method:

1. Dry roast coriander & cumin seeds on medium heat until fragrant & grind them to a coarse powder.
2. Take chicken mince in a mixing bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, coriander-cumin powder, salt, garam masala, chopped onions, green chilli, mint leaves, cilantro & lemon juice. Mix well. Keep aside for atleast 2 hours or overnight.
3. Apply water to your hands and form chicken kebabs.
4. Heat oil in a pan & fry the kebabs for 3-4 minutes each side.
5. Serve hot!
