Finally made the trending Dalgona Coffee. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients for Dalgona Coffee:

Sugar – 2 Tbsp
Instant Coffee Powder – 2 Tbsp
Hot Water – 2 Tbsp
Milk
Ice cubes

Method:

1.    Pur sugar in a stand mixer, then add instant coffee powder and hot water. The ratio of ingredients is 1:1:1.
2.    Whisk until stiff peaks are formed.
3.    Set aside.
4.    Put ice cubes in a glass. Add cold milk and top it with the coffee mixture.
6.    Feel free to use cold or hot milk.
7.    Serve! Mix before drinking.
