Halloumi Burger

You need a few simple ingredients to whip up this delicious Halloumi Burger. The best vegetarian burger I have ever tasted.

Ingredients for Halloumi Burger:

Halloumi – 200 grams
Mayonnaise – 2 Tbsp
Sweet Chilli Sauce – 1 Tbsp
Tomato slices – 3
Lettuce – 2
Cheddar cheese slice – 1
Burger bun – 1

Method:

1. Cut the halloumi into slices and dry it with a paper towel.
2. Heat oil in a grill pan and grill for 3-4 minutes each side. Keep aside.
3. Mix mayonnaise and sweet chilli to make sweet chilli mayonnaise. Keep aside.
4. Cut burger bun in half, apply sweet chilli mayonnaise.
5. Place grilled halloumi, cheese, tomato slices, lettuce and top it with burger bun.
6. Serve with some chips!
