Keto Garlic Prawns

It can’t get any simple than this delicious recipe. Quick garlic stir fry Prawns with Cilantro!

Ingredients for Keto Garlic Prawns Stir Fry:

Prawns – 500 grams cleaned & deveined
Olive Oil – 2 Tbsp
Butter – 1 Tbsp
Salt – 1/4 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Cilantro – a few sprigs chopped

Method:

1. Heat oil & butter on high heat.
2. Sauté chopped garlic.
3. Now add prawns and cook for about 2 minutes.
4. Add salt, pepper & chopped cilantro.
5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until prawns are cooked.
6. Serve hot!
