Ginger Garlic Paste

Ingredients for Ginger Garlic Paste:

Ginger – 1 Cup peeled and chopped
Garlic – 1 Cup peeled
Cilantro – 1 Cup
Oil – 2 Tbsp

Method:

  1. Blend ginger, garlic, cilantro and oil into a fine paste.
  2. Line an airtight container with oil and fill the container with paste.
  3. Drizzle the paste with some oil.
  4. This yields 2 Cups. Seal and Freeze any excess until ready for use.
