Ingredients for Ginger Garlic Paste:
Ginger – 1 Cup peeled and chopped
Garlic – 1 Cup peeled
Cilantro – 1 Cup
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Method:
- Blend ginger, garlic, cilantro and oil into a fine paste.
- Line an airtight container with oil and fill the container with paste.
- Drizzle the paste with some oil.
- This yields 2 Cups. Seal and Freeze any excess until ready for use.
