Method:

To make Tandoori Chicken:

1. Take yoghurt in a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, coriander cumin powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, tandoori masala powder, kasoori methi, kitchen king masala, cardamom powder, lemon juice, mustard oil and red & yellow food color. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Now add boneless chicken thighs to the marination and coat them well. Marinate for at least 2 hours. You can also keep it overnight for marination.
3. Now heat oil a pan on medium heat.
4. Cook chicken to get a nice color for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Keep aside.
5. Place a hot charcoal in a bowl, put some ghee/oil on it, cover and let it smoke for about 5 minutes. This is an optional step, but it really gives a nice smokey flavor the tandoori chicken.
6. Cut into pieces and keep aside.

To make Pizza Dough:

1. Add warm water to a bowl. Now add dry yeast and sugar. Mix and let it rest for 10 minutes.
2. After 10 minutes, add olive oil, salt, garlic powder and whole-wheat flour and knead together to form a sticky dough.
3. Grease a bowl with some butter. Cover and let the dough rest in the greased bowl for one hour.
4. After an hour, you’ll see the dough has doubled in size.
5. Divide into two dough balls.
6. Dust the surface with some all-purpose flour & semolina. Flatten a dough ball with hands and/or rolling pin.
7. Spread some pizza sauce on the base.
8. Add shredded mozzarella cheese. Now add the toppings you like, I added red, green & yellow bell peppers, diced onions, frozen corn, tandoori chicken pieces & top it with mozzarella cheese again.
9. Add some sliced jalapenos on top.
10. Brush the corners with some melted butter.
11. Bake it in pre-heated oven at 220°C or 430°F for 10-15 minutes. Baking time may vary for different ovens, keep checking.
12. Serve hot!
