Aloo Gobhi/Cauliflower with potatoes & green peas stir fry

Simple recipe fo Aloo Gobhi with basic spices, no onions, no tomatoes and you can totally skip on ginger-garlic paste too. Please try and let me know how you like the recipe.

Ingredients for Aloo Gobhi/Cauliflower with potatoes & green peas stir fry:

Cauliflower florets – 250 grams
Potato – 1 medium cut in wedges
Green Peas – ½ Cup
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Coriander Cumin Powder – 1 Tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
Garam Masala Powder – ½ Tsp
Cilantro – to garnish
Water – ½ Cup

Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan on high heat.
2. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and hing. Let it splutter.
3. Now add cauliflower florets, potato and green peas.
4. Also add all the spices, red chilly powder, coriander cumin powder, turmeric and salt. Mix well.
5. Add water. Cover & cook for 10-12 minutes on medium heat.
6. After 10-12 minutes, open the lid & add garam masala. Mix well and let it cook for another 5 minutes until the water dries up.
7. Add chopped cilantro, stir well.
8. Serve hot with rotis or naans!
