Keto/Quick Chicken Stir Fry

Quick & easy Keto chicken stir fry, 5 minutes recipe. Low carb recipe which can be made in a jiffy!

Ingredients for Quick Chicken Stir Fry:

Chicken – 700 grams thinly sliced
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Garlic – 5 cloves finely chopped
Ginger – 1 inch piece finely chopped
Dark Soy sauce – 1 Tbsp
Vinegar – ½ Tbsp
Black pepper powder – ½ Tsp
Red chilli flakes – 1 Tsp
Salt – to taste
Green Pepper – 1 cubed
Green onions – a few sprigs

Method:

1. Heat oil on high heat.
2. Add finely chopped ginger garlic and stir well.
3. Now add chicken and cook well until done.
4. Add dark soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes and salt.
5. Stir well and add green pepper.
6. Cook for 2 more minutes.
7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot!
